We work in a 3-phase process. We start with a structured intake questionnaire and kick off meeting, and offer support all the way through deployment.  For organizations who need more hands on support, we also provide a full Social Media concierge service at a variety of resource levels.  See our standard package offerings here.

 

Clients have a dedicated account representative from start to finish, a single point of contact.

Through regular weekly updates, online dashboards and periodic strategy meetings, you get the information you need, and we stay aligned with your goals.

 

STRATEGY: When we work with a client, we try to understand the company's mission, and what the company is trying to achieve generally.  We look to see what brand values should be reinforced, what the unique qualities and values that need to be emphasize, and what specific goals they are looking to reinforce.  We also look at what the company currently has to work with, and what content is needed.  We evaluate the existing website and make suggestions on how to upgrade that.

From there, we can help decide:  What environments or theaters should they play in? What are the rules there? What content should be offered?

 

IMPLEMENTATION: We set up and manage your various online identities (social networks, community memberships, online listings, recommendation engines, video hub memberships). If you have existing presences, we'll take those over and optimize them.

We build your online tribe or natural fan base, develop unique messaging and content strategies, and put process around managing this complex part of your marketing equation so that it delivers cost effective results. We work with your webmaster to integrate this to your existing website if needed.

 

MANAGEMENT: We give you a weekly dashboard measuring your community health and its impact on your business. That way we know what's working and what's not so you can adjust your efforts accordingly.  If you have purchased one of our packages, we will login on your behalf and do daily community management for you, even create content if that is what you need to be successful.

 

SEMINARS &  TRAINING: Our team is also available to conduct training courses so you can manage your own accounts effectively, or to help your team stay up to speed on trends that could impact your strategy.
